SERVICE

Equipment breakdowns are an inevitable part of life on the dairy farm and our Service Department personnel are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These highly trained individuals are charged with the responsibility of walking onto a dairy, quickly assessing a situation, diagnosing a problem and having the tools, parts and knowledge to repair it efficiently. Scheduled Maintenance programs are also available to keep equipment running to its fullest potential, thus reducing costly repairs and untimely service issues.

CAPITAL EQUIPMENT

As technologies change, customers can rely on our Capital Equipment Specialists to be aware of the very latest equipment and products available on the market today. Working closely, from the first sales lead to project completion, these individuals are the producers’ partners to the ultimate in milk production success. 

INSTALLATION

Our Installation Department personnel are required to have a wide range of skills. When you look around a dairy farm, note all of the components that are in place to allow everything to function properly. Electrical, plumbing, welding, fabricating and mechanicals are just a few of the elements. This team stands ready to meet the rigorous demands of any installation project, whether it is a state of the art parlor or a one-day upgrade on older equipment.

After Market supplies are an integral part of dairy production. Our sales and delivery staff are committed to bringing dairy producers the finest products in the marketplace. From teat dips, to floor squeegees, and everything in between, rest assured that we do our best to get the products to the farm on time and on budget.

The consolidated Parts Departments of Don Beck, Inc. offer an extensive inventory to dairy producers. As a multi-branded dealership our inventory is as diverse as the needs of our customers. We provide OEM, as well as, after-market parts. Our parts department personnel take pride in having the right part, at the right time.
